Deerwood Bank Promotes Heidi Tollefsrud to Chief Transformation Officer

Baxter, MN – Deerwood Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Heidi Tollefsrud to Chief Transformation Officer. With a strong background in strategic planning, customer experience, and retail banking operations, Heidi brings a proven track record of leadership and execution to this key leadership position. 

Originally from the Brainerd Lakes area, Heidi has deep roots in the communities Deerwood Bank serves and a strong appreciation for the role community banking plays in supporting local families and businesses. 

Throughout her career, Heidi has held a variety of leadership positions focused on improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and driving organizational growth. Heidi has led teams, implemented new systems and processes, and worked collaboratively across departments to strengthen how the bank operates and serves its customers. 

In the new role as Chief Transformation Officer, Heidi will focus on aligning people, processes, and technology to support Deerwood Bank’s continued growth and long-term success. Known for the ability to connect strategy with execution, Heidi is passionate about identifying opportunities for improvement and turning them into measurable results. 

“I’m excited for the opportunity to focus more on how we can continue improving and evolving as an organization,” said Heidi. “We have a strong team in place, and I’m looking forward to working across the bank to build on that and continue moving us forward.”
