Deerwood Bank Promotes Kiley Westrum and Melissa Graff to Retail Manager Roles

Deerwood Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of Kiley Westrum and Melissa Graff to Retail Manager roles, supporting the bank’s continued commitment to strong leadership and exceptional customer service across its markets.

Bemidji, MN – Kiley Westrum has been promoted to Retail Manager in Bemidji. A lifelong resident of the Bemidji area, Kiley brings a strong understanding of the local community and a passion for building relationships. She began her career with Deerwood Bank in 2023 as a teller and quickly advanced through the roles of Personal Banker and Personal Banker II.

Known for her attention to detail, organization, and commitment to both customers and teammates, Kiley is recognized for her problem-solving abilities and dedication to creating a positive team environment. In her new role, she looks forward to expanding her leadership skills while supporting team growth and contributing to the success of the Bemidji retail team.

Outside of work, Kiley enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and young twin children, with another child on the way this fall.

Brainerd, MN – Melissa Graff has been promoted to Retail Manager in Brainerd. Melissa brings more than 20 years of retail experience and a strong customer-first mindset to her new position. She has a proven ability to build relationships, listen to customer needs, and take on new challenges with a positive attitude.

Melissa is known for her eagerness to learn, willingness to step into new responsibilities, and commitment to supporting her team. In her new role, she looks forward to building her leadership skills and increasing community involvement in Brainerd.
