Happy Holidays from Deerwood Bank

Happy Holidays from Deerwood Bank

I hope you all are staying healthy and well. Like most of you, each December I catch myself recapping the past year’s events – both good and bad. Boy-oh-boy did 2020 have some ups and downs. However, this year my mind has remained almost entirely focused on the ups that we’ve had. When the tsunami that we now know as COVID-19 hit the Deerwood Bank shores, our staff responded with more energy and effort than I ever could have asked for. I hope you have also found this to be the case.

Although we are unable to host our usual holiday open house and Christmas gatherings this year, I want you to know that we are so thankful for the support you have shown us throughout the last 12 months. It has been tough, but with your support and help we have been able to take a year that could have been incredibly damaging and turned it into a positive memory that I’ll never forget.

As we move forward into 2021, I hope that you all are feeling the same optimism that I hold. Deerwood will continue to keep the health of our staff and customers as our top priority as we begin to inch closer and closer to the light at the end of this tunnel. We have big things on the horizon, and I look forward to sharing those with our community members in the coming months.

On behalf of Deerwood Bank, I want to wish you and yours Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Here’s to big things ahead in 2021!

I look forward to seeing you soon.
