Tracy Cota Hired as VP of Treasury Management

St. Michael, MN – Deerwood Bank is proud to announce the addition of Tracy Cota as Vice President of Treasury Management.

Tracy brings a wealth of experience, a passion for customer service, and a strong commitment to community banking to her new role.

Originally from the San Fernando Valley in California, Tracy moved to Minnesota in 2007 and has since built an impressive career in banking. Tracy began in Consumer Banking before transitioning to Small Business Banking in 2012, where she developed a specialization in Business Banking and Treasury Management.

Tracy holds a degree in Supervisory Management from Anoka Technical College in Anoka, Minnesota. Her extensive industry experience and dedication to understanding customer needs set her apart. “All banks offer somewhat similar Treasury Management products,” Tracy said. “What makes a difference is the passion for what you do and the customers you serve.” With a soft spot for non-profits and community businesses, Tracy is eager to continue fostering strong relationships and serving as a trusted partner for businesses and entrepreneurs.

When not at the bank, Tracy enjoys traveling to warm destinations and reconnecting with friends in California. These trips and experiences provide her with a much needed reset to fuel her passion for helping others.
