Deerwood Bank Welcomes Allan Pavek as Vice President of Business Banking in St. Michael

St. Michael, MN – Deerwood Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Allan Pavek as Vice President of Business Banking at its St. Michael location. With decades of experience in commercial banking and a strong commitment to community involvement, Allan brings a relationship-first approach to helping local businesses grow and thrive.

Originally from New Prague, Allan has lived in Maple Grove for the past 14 years. Over the course of his career, he has held a variety of roles in the business banking world, including credit, sales, and sales management. His expertise spans traditional commercial lending, SBA loans, agricultural financing, and commercial real estate.

Known for his creative lending style and customer-focused mindset, Allan takes pride in building customized financial solutions for commercial and industrial (C&I) clients. His diverse background and strategic approach allow him to meet a wide range of business needs — from start-up support to long-term growth planning.

Outside of the bank, Allan is highly active in the community. He serves on the board of CROSS Services in Rogers and is a past board president. He is also a member and incoming president of the Maple Grove Rotary Club, a member of the I-94 West Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Osseo/Maple Grove American Legion.
