Ben Hanowski Named Business Banking Officer

Waite Park, MN — Deerwood Bank has named Ben Hanowski a Business Banking Officer at its Waite Park location.

A graduate of St. Cloud State University Hanowski has been with Deerwood for more than three years, starting as a Credit Analyst in 2020. In his new role, Hanowski is eager to assist customers with business banking services and financing needs, as well as analyze financial statements and underwrite loans.

“I am extremely excited to get in front of our current and prospective customers and help them continue to grow their businesses,” said Hanowski. “It’s really enjoyable to get out in the community and share the story of Deerwood Bank and what a great partner we can be to local businesses.”

Hanowski’s appointment as a Business Banker underscores Deerwood Bank’s unwavering dedication to providing exceptional commercial banking experts to the central Minnesota community. His deep roots in the area and industry knowledge position him to contribute significantly to the bank’s ongoing success.

Beyond his career in banking, Hanowski enjoys spending time with his wife and children, coaching youth hockey, and volunteering with the Boys and Girls Club of Central Minnesota, where he serves on the Data and Program Committee.
