Allie Verchota Named Real Estate Lender

Baxter, MN — Deerwood Bank has named Allie Verchota a Real Estate Lender at its Baxter location.

A graduate of Colorado College, Verchota has been with Deerwood for more than 7 years, starting as a Marketing Coordinator before moving into her recent role as a Business Banking Officer. In her new role as a Real Estate Lender, Verchota is eager to leverage Deerwood Bank’s wide product portfolio to assist customers as they navigate the homebuying process.

Especially for first-time homebuyers, who are experiencing this process for the first time.” said Verchota. “I’ve always been very passionate about home purchases and renovation projects, and I am eager to help others reach their home ownership dreams.”

When she gets a free moment, Verchota enjoys working on home renovation projects, taking walks with her dog, Darby, and spending quality time with family and friends.
