Deerwood Bank Welcomes Patrick St. Martin as Real Estate Lender in Mendota Heights

Mendota Heights, MN – Deerwood Bank is proud to announce the addition of Patrick St. Martin as a Real Estate Lender at its Mendota Heights location. With a strong background in mortgage lending and a client-first approach, Patrick brings a wealth of experience and a passion for communication to the Deerwood team.

A native of St. Paul, Patrick grew up in the Como Park neighborhood and is a graduate of Cretin High School. He went on to earn a degree in Finance from the University of St. Thomas. Over the years, Patrick has held several key roles in the mortgage industry, including Senior Mortgage Consultant and Assistant Vice President.

Patrick is known for his exceptional communication skills and dedication to keeping clients and partners informed throughout the lending process. “I take pride in making sure everyone involved knows what to expect and when,” he said. “Clear communication builds trust and leads to better outcomes for everyone.”

His decision to join the organization was influenced by longstanding connections that he had already built at Deerwood Bank. “I’ve referred many clients to Deerwood’s bankers over the years. I’ve always admired how the lending team treated those clients and the solutions they were able to provide,” said St. Martin.

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys playing hockey and golf, and values quality time with his two kids and close friends. He’s a proud softball dad, spending much of his summer cheering on his daughter at fast pitch games.
