About the Position
The Human Resource Manager will oversee the HR functions for our 170 employees across twelve Minnesota locations.
About You
- We are looking for an energetic, highly organized individual to administer employee benefits, payroll, performance management, and government reporting.
- A minimum of five or ten years of progressively responsible experience in human resources is required.
- A combination of education, certification, training, and experience will be considered.
- We are searching for someone with the ability to maintain effective working relationships, confidentiality, and integrity, while having the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and to collaborate across the organization is necessary.
