Shortly after noon on June 20, 2018, the service provider for Deerwood Bank’s remote deposit services suffered a serious infrastructure incident that has rendered those services unavailable to our valued business customers. Unfortunately, the recovery of those services at the vendor’s facilities has taken significantly longer than we were originally advised.

Deerwood Bank takes this service outage very seriously and, while we will continue to pressure that service provider for full and immediate restoration of lost services, we are also working with a second vendor to stand-in and replace the lost services. We believe that we will have this replacement implemented and ready for initial roll-out to our business customers beginning within 24-48 hours.

We have been assured by our vendor that this service outage has NOT resulted in any breach or compromise of any user or client personal or sensitive information or data.
