Credit Analyst Position


 Deerwood Bank is a growing, family owned, community bank with 11 locations in Minnesota and is seeking a Credit Analyst for our Baxter office. The individual will participate in the commercial banking process by providing research and analysis to support the Business Bankers in their underwriting decisions. Tasks associated with this position include spreading and analyzing financial statements, preparing credit approval presentations, business and guarantor cash flow analysis and financial projections as necessary. Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills are required. A moderate level of independent judgement and critical thinking skills are also required. As a Teller, you would be responsible for performnig a variety of durties such as proper handelilng of cash, accurate balancing, deposits, checks, payments, promoting various bank products and services, as well as other tasks assigned. This position demands a high level of customer service skills, attention to detail and adherence to all bank policies and procedures. Seeking afternoon and Saturday availability for work hours. High School diploma or GED preferred; and cas handling and customer service experience preferred.
