Deerwood Bank has an opportunity for a professional Credit Analyst to join our Mendota Heights office. Required critical skills include strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. The candidate should have a high level of experience in financial statement and tax return analysis, loan documentation software, spreadsheet software, and Microsoft Office. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects adhering to strict deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required. Credit Analyst experience a benefit.

Real Estate Lender Position

Deerwood Bank has an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Lender in our Bemidji Office. Deerwood Bank is a growing, family owned, community bank with 14 locations in Minnesota. We are looking for a dedicated Lender to assist in providing quality Mortgage solutions to meet the needs of those in our communities in which we do business. We are looking for someone with the ability to provide outstanding customer service while working in a fast-paced environment who can also maintain relationships with customers, Realtors and home builders. 4 year business degree or equivalent experience preferred. Applicants must meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE act and have an understanding of Federal Regulations governing Real Estate Lending. The ability to obtain and maintain a Unique Identifier from the NMLS is required.
